They’ve supported us in building our Health & Safety Operating Model from the ground up, covering governance, risk, capability and assurance — giving us a clear structure to measure ourselves against rather than a collection of disconnected policies.
Their work has touched almost every part of our safety management system. They supported us in restructuring our risk register, separating strategic and operational risk and mapping it against our HSE strategy themes which has made it far easier to report up to the business. They developed our organisational and individual stress risk assessments to HSE Management Standards, built our COSHH policy and procedures and produced site inspection templates across our Caravan Club, Equestrian Centre, offices, hostels and stables — all tailored to how each site actually operates, not just a generic template.
They’ve also handled genuinely complex, higher-risk documentation for us, including a reservoir emergency plan, risk assessments for the racecourse, our Business Continuity Plan and a significant piece of work getting our COSHH compliance up to date through the Sypol system — sourcing safety data sheets and processing hundreds of assessment records for products used across the estate. When we needed a training push across the business, they built and delivered our H&S Reset programme, which landed well with staff and leadership alike.
